Q: DO YOU SELL WHOLESALE?
A: At the moment we do not sell wholesale.
Q: WHEN WILL MY ITEM SHIP?
A: Orders ship within three business days and generally arrive 7-10 business days after you placed your order.
Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?
A: Please allow 3 to 6 business days to receive an item after it has been shipped.
Q: HOW IS YOUR SHIPPING CALCULATED?
A: The Shipping Charges are based on the item's weight and the destination zip code. This method applies to both US and International order.
Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
A: At the moment we only ship to the US.
Q: WHY IS MY ORDER BACKORDERED?
A: In a very small percentage of our orders, inventory can be depleted by the time your order reaches the warehouse. Should this occur, Crystalrockemporium will notify you of the backorder status within one (1) business day of order processing.
SHORTAGES:
Any order that is shipped incomplete, will be completed by Crystalrockemporium. The missing item(s) will either be shipped at no additional charge, or a credit for future purchases will be issued. Notification of shortages must be made within 3 days of receipt of merchandise.
