Orders are usually processed within 48 hours excluding weekends and holidays but may take up to 96 hours. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing AFTER you place your order BEFORE it will ship. You should expect to receive your order within approximately 8 to 10 business days. (See example)
All order status communication is done via email, so it is important that your email address is accurate and current.
Example: You place an order to be shipped to, for example, Florida and your order was packed 3 days following your original date of purchase, you would receive the package within 10 business days (1 business day for payment processing + 2 business days for packing + 7 business days for shipping).
What if a product is out of stock?
It is our goal to keep stock on all items that are featured on our site. However, on the occasion that we are out of stock on a particular item, our customer service department will e-mail you within 48 hours from the time you placed your order. You will then have the choice of having the backordered item ship when available or canceling the item.

RETURNS
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not absolutely satisfied with any product you purchased from us, simply contact us for a return authorization within 30 days and return the item for a refund or replacement less shipping charges.

Defective Items: Any defective item will be replaced with 15 days of purchase if a like item is available, in the case of the like item being unavailable you will be refunded the item cost.
Returns / Exchanges: Your satisfaction is guaranteed on all our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the merchandise within 30 days of purchase. We will exchange or refund your item(s) (EXCLUDING shipping and handling fees) provided it is returned in the same new condition as it was when it was sent to you.
We will accept authorized returns as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging.
A credit will be issued to the credit card that was used for the value of the merchandise less original shipping charges.
Customers will be responsible for any freight charges associated with the original order as well as the return shipping and those charges are non-refundable.For your own protection, please use a reputable shipping service such as UPS or FEDEX so that the items can be tracked. Also, please be sure to have the items insured against damage. We cannot issue refunds for items that arrive to us damaged.
